To consider an appeal against the decision of the Chief Fire Officer to dismiss a Member of Staff

Minutes:

The Appeals and Standards Committee having considered the submissions of both parties decided to dismiss the appeal and uphold the decision of the Discipline Hearing held on 15 June 2023.

 

RESOLVED – That the Appeals and Standards Committee unanimously dismissed the appeal and upheld the decision of the Discipline Hearing to dismiss the appellant.
