Application Under Stage Two of the Pensions Act 1995, Section 50(2)(b) Minutes: The Appeals Committee met to consider an application under Stage 2 of the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP), which requested the Appeals Committee to reconsider a disagreement in respect of a decision made under Section 50(2)(a) of the Pensions Act 1995.
The Appeals Committee were requested to note that the Stage 2 Appeal was being presented following the Applicants IDRP Stage 1 dispute, as determined by the Chief Fire Officer in the notice of decision dated 22 June 2016.
RESOLVED – That after careful consideration of all aspects of the case, the Appeals Committee agreed that the Authority implement Section 9 (iii) of the Review of Injury Awards Policy and withdraw the Applicant from the process in its entirety. |
