To consider an Appeal against Dismissal

Minutes:

The Appeals Committee having considered all the evidence of both parties decided to dismiss the appeal and uphold the decision of the Discipline Hearing. 

 

RESOLVED – That the Appeals Committee dismissed the appeal and upheld the decision of the Discipline Hearing to dismiss AK.
